| Private Classes are one-on-one sessions with an instructor. Theses lessons are tailored specifically to your needs and goals. All of the Pilates equipment and matwork is incorporated into these sessions, making them ideal in progressing in Pilates. Duet sessions are 2 clients to 1 instructor, offering personal attention and reduced rates. |

| Mat Class work is an essential piece of the Pilates method, one which challenges, inspires, and pushes clients towards a greater understanding of the possibilities of their body. Mat classes are taught in groups up to 11, and are a fun way to feel group energy and a dynamic flow. These classes are also valuable in learning material to work on at home or while traveling, as no equipment is required. |

| Equipment Classes are available to our beginning level clients as a way to enter into equipment-based Pilates work. These classes are limited to 4 clients, and incorporate all of the Pilates equipment. They are offered as a preparation for pole and reformer classes and progressing into more advanced levels. |

| The reformer is a piece of Pilates equipment which has a specific, structured flow of exercises at each level. The reformer is especially effective in teaching you how to work with oppositional energy, a primary component to Pilates. These classes are limited to 4, and all clients should start in a beginning level class unless approved by an instructor. Ultimately, this class will give you the tools to understand the equipment more fully and become more independent in your approach. |

| Pole Classes utilize the Cadillac and Pole systems to deepen your knowledge of the Pilates method and your body. Leveled as advanced beginning through advanced, these classes are limited to 4 clients. Unique to the pole work is both the variation and feeling of freedom client’s experience. |

| The Low Chair is an extremely demanding piece of the Pilates method. The chair work stresses all of the Pilates essentials—core strength, breath and flowing movement, and yet, often builds more in terms of balance, strength, and coordination. Chair classes are offered to advanced beginning through advanced level clients, and are limited to 4 participants. |

| Prop Classes are a fun way to explore your body and experience a different kind of challenge and support in the Pilates method. The prop class will offer work on both the small 9 inch balls, the larger 55-75cm balls, magic circles, rollers BOUSU balls and therabands thus varying your workout routine. |
