Kansas City Pilates offers a full range of Mind Body Fitness training. The 2,100 square foot, Spa-like studio has 4 reformers, 4 stability chairs, six arc barrels, two wall units, fitness circles*, stability balls,flex bands and special Pilates Mats that are utilized in group exercise sessions.
